Payment and shipping conditions

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Worldwide.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Deliveries abroad:

Europe / European Union (EU):

17,95 Euro

Non-EU country Great Britain, Switzerland, Liechtenstein:

flat rate 35 Euro

Non -EU country overseas, USA, Canada, Australia

flat rate 50 Euro / until 20kg weight ! if it is heavier please contact us by email to the-quartermaster@mail.de to get the correct shipping rate !

Delivery times

As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place in the inland (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, with foreign supplies within 7-30 days after conclusion of a contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The minimum order value is: 20 €.
