U.S. WWII genuine Schrade Walden NY M2 Paratroopers Knive. Maker's name on one side of blade, black bakelite body, in good condition for its age. In the past, the owner treated the blade with gun tan, probably to prevent it from shining in the dark at night. Year of manufacture: late 1945, but rather early 1946. Between 1949-50, the factory also wrote on the blade: "Schrade Walden NY USA" What you see is what you get !
