This is a rare 1944 dated bell in .800 silver from San Michele Capri, where some of the United States Army Air Forces took a rest and relaxation leave. The bell hangs from a silver neckchain and reads "Capri & The lucky little Bell of Capri" on one face and "CAPRI" on the other.
